If you, like me, live in Canada – Happy Thanksgiving! It was a very different dinner this year; just me, my husband and our 2 boys, no extended family. Since half of our household goes out to work everyday, I’m very conscious of how easily this virus can be picked up and spread unknowingly. And I don’t want that to be spread to my extended family, especially my parents of advanced age. So, it was still ‘the works’ for dinner – just scaled down in size! I decided to have our Thanksgiving dinner yesterday, so that I could get more work done, today. (Besides, I’m the only one who does the cooking, so it was my decision!)
