Have You Checked Out My Blog?

Okay, you’re here to read the blog posts daily, but have you actually checked out my blog? I mean – the WHOLE thing? There’s more to it than just the daily posts! Yes, obviously they’re the bulk of what you see, Monday to Friday when I post. But look up to that Menu bar underneath my blog name – there’s other pages!

The first one you see next to “Home” is “Newsletter”. Once you’ve signed up for my newsletter, click here and you’ll find a free tutorial!  I admit, my newsletter has been sent only sporadically this year, but I”m trying to get to a regular once a month issue. So in case  you don’t read my posts regularly,  use the form that ‘pops up, or the sign up form over to the left, in the side menu.

The next page you’ll see is called “Shop”. This is my actual, own, personal hand created items for sale! There, you’ll find my ‘Wearable Art’ alcohol ink jewellery. Pendants and earrings are available for you to purchase. You’ll also find a large selection of Photo Cards. Each photo was taken by either me or my son, and professionally printed. Click HERE to browse the shop. And if there’s anything you’d like to see added, let me know! I’m deciding whether to offer originals of my art work, or prints, in my shop.

The next item in the Menu bar is “My Account”. That’s for you to use, once you’ve set up your own personal account for my shop.

This, my friend, is a list of my fabulous Affiliate shops! These shops are where I shop for my supplies, so I know and recommend their great service to you. I also have affiliate links with these stores. What that means is that when you use my affiliate link & place an order with those stores, I receive a small commission. At no cost to you!

On this page, you’ll find card & technique tutorials – for free! Yes, it’s been a while since I’ve added a new one; I’ll try hard to correct that! If there’s a specific technique or card type that you’d like to know how to do, let me know! That will give me something specific to focus on.

Well, this page is pretty short! I tend to just share, share, share! There are 2 tutorial bundles in the Tutorials for Sale page, both from when I was a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator.  Although the tutorials feature SU! products, you can still follow the tutorials for the cards themselves, and substitute your own products you already have.  That’s the good thing about these tutorials; the include techniques and unique card folds, so they can be used for any occasion, and pretty much any products.

There is one other place where you can find some of my work – but it’s not on the menu (bar).  I have recently created a shop page on Redbubble. Redbubble is a site where artists can upload digital images of their art work, which can then be applied (sublimated) onto different surfaces. That means that you can order, for example, my watercolour sunflower painting on a water bottle, or even a throw pillow! Or how about my recent Iris alcohol ink work on an iPhone case? There are loads of options, which I personally couldn’t do – but Redbubble has all the vendor connections to do this. I hope that you’ll check out my Redbubble shop HERE!

Here’s a photo, with just a few examples, of what you can find in my Redbubble shop.

I hope that you’ll take some time, and check out the different pages here on my blog!

I've always liked to create things, but I'm not a great artist, or sculptor, or any type of 'traditional' artist - but I love to create! I love the satisfaction of a completed project. Whether a card, painting or other project - as long as it can create a smile, evoke a feeling, or some type of reaction in the recipient. I hope you will enjoy sharing my creations, and occasional ramblings; I'd enjoy having you create with me! :)
