Yesterday, I just posted that the recipient of my art swap had received the piece I sent. If you missed it, you can see it in THIS POST. Well, I just received the art piece sent to me! We were all randomly assigned swap partners – actually, not really partners, as who we sent to wasn’t the person who sent to us. Anyway, I received this gorgeous art piece from Theresa Watamaniuk, also in Canada.
PUMPKIN HAUL
I just love my art swap! Theresa did amazing work on this piece – take a look.
Isn’t it fabulous?! I just love the colour scheme, and how she achieved the rusted look of the panel truck. She also included this little story, on the back.
What a great way to remember a tradition! It’s too bad that their pumpkin competition won’t be able to go ahead, as usual.
I was so excited to receive my alcohol ink art swap! The first thing I did was take a picture of it, and post my thanks to Theresa in our Society Facebook group, and the Conference group page. This alcohol ink art swap was coordinated as an add-on of the Conference, for those who wished to join.
If you enjoy creating with alcohol inks, or are looking for more information about it, check out the Alcohol Ink Art Community site – it’s free to join!
Hola, Deb! So beautiful! She did a great job! 💜 Yours was beautiful also!
I love how alcohol ink accommodates so many different styles 🙂 Glad you like mine, and the one I received, Mari.
