Wow, it’s been a busy week!  Ok, month! 🙂

I’m busy getting ready for 2 Craft Fairs that I have this month; the  first is next weekend, and the second is at the end of the month.  Lots of handmade projects are cards to get ready – I’m building up a pretty good supply!

Before all that fun happens, though – tomorrow, Saturday Nov. 5th I’m attending the local On Stage Convention here in Vancouver!

This is an annual event held by Stampin’ Up!, for demonstrators only, in different cities around the world, so that as many demonstrators can attend as possible.  It’s a fabulous 1 day event where we get to meet old friends and make new ones; we see product demonstrations by staff from the SU! home office, as well as fellow demonstrators.  We get to do make & takes, enjoy lunch, and even get a free goodie bag, with freebies!

Demonstrator milestones are celebrated, for sales, recruits, points earned, and anniversaries.  Since I just celebrated my 5 year SU! Anniversary, I’ll get to ‘take a walk’ across the stage with the others who are also celebrating this milestone! 🙂

Of course, everyone really looks forward to getting a copy of the upcoming Spring Occasions Catalogue, and getting to look at some of the new, upcoming products!  We’re sworn to secrecy, though; we can’t even share pictures with other demonstrators who aren’t able to attend.  So, I’ll only be able to carry on about how great it is, without sharing pictures with you, yet!

I’ve got my swap cards and gifts all ready to go; I’ve joined 2 groups with my friends in SUDSOL, which is an online subscription group of demonstrators.  I’ve made extra cards so I can swap with other people, too 🙂  I can’t wait to see what everyone has created; I’ll share pictures of mine and the ones I receive after the event – no spoilers!

If you’d like to learn more about being part of this fun as a demonstrator, just send me an email (click ‘Contact Deb’), and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.  Or, if you already know you want to join my team, simply CLICK HERE to fill out your information, and select your Starter Kit.

I’m looking forward to joining 2 of my team at On Stage tomorrow – it’s going to be a blast!

Until next time – happy stamping!

I've always liked to create things, but I'm not a great artist, or sculptor, or any type of 'traditional' artist - but I love to create! I love the satisfaction of a completed project. Whether a card, painting or other project - as long as it can create a smile, evoke a feeling, or some type of reaction in the recipient. I hope you will enjoy sharing my creations, and occasional ramblings; I'd enjoy having you create with me! :)

I love to read what you have to say! Thanks for commenting ;)
