Say Hello to Blue Galaxy

It’s reveal time again! This is another suite of products in my Glitz & Glamour Collection. I’d like you to say ‘hello’ to Blue Galaxy! This is a smaller suite, with less items in the suite, but is just as gorgeous as Ruby Slippers, with debuted last week. BLUE GALAXY

I am in love with this combination of blues, and the gorgeous multi sized,  multi coloured Fairwinds glitter. The glitter picks up & reflects the blues so beautifully.

The Blue Galaxy Suite consists of 4 Coasters, 4 Napkin Rings, 2 Pillar shaped Candle Holders, and Wine Bottle Stopper.

COASTER SET

The set of four, 3 inch round coasters really showcase the colour and design of this suite. Two colours of blue meet in the middle of the coaster, where the Fairwinds glitter creating the accent and interest (not to mention the glitz & glamour!).

You don’t have to worry about this glitter decorating the rest of your house, either – it’s secure under a layer of clear resin!  And just look at that resin shine, too.

CANDLE HOLDERS

These Pillar style candle holders hold a tea light candle, or small candle. For keeping them looking pristine, I recommend using battery operated tea lights, as shown in the photo. You can use regular wax candles, as well.

In creating the candle holders, I poured the 2 blues simultaneously, allowing them to swirl together, on top of a glitter base layer. The result is swoon-worthy!

NAPKIN RINGS & WINE BOTTLE STOPPER

I used the same pouring method for the Napkin Rings and the Wine Bottle Stopper, for the swirled blues.

The glitter was not added to these, but if you would like to incorporate it into your own set, please just email me at thistledesigns@shaw.ca, and I’ll  be happy to create a custom order for you!
