I’m back today for the big SNEAK PEEK REVEAL!! In case you missed out on the sneak peek, you can see that post HERE. I shared this photo, below, as a peek at a new project.
My friend Buffy had a great guess, that it could be the background for a card. But nope – I’ve switched things up, and there’s no cardstock involved in this project!
ALCOHOL INK SILK SCARVES
The photo above is of part of a silk scarf that is painted with alcohol inks! Here’s a look at the scarf, below, as it could be worn with a white shirt.
The colours in this scarf are perfect for fall – Sunset Orange, Sienna, Dandelion and Copper. In person, the colours are so warm, and vibrant. Below are 2 more silk scarves, in different colours.
This bright & fun scarf is created with Stonewashed, Glacier, Boysenberry and Silver. After washing & setting the colours, the silver is very light, and in the photo looks more white.
This is one of my favourite colour combinations – Sailboat Blue, Monsoon and Citrus. Try as I might, the lighting keep making the Citrus look more yellow than green.
AVAILABLE NOW
Each of these scarves is made of 100% Silk, with a machined hem. The scarves measure 11″ wide by 60″ long, so you have loads of fabric to play with different ways of wearing & tying the scarf. These 3 scarves are available now in my online SHOP – just CLICK HERE to go there, now!
I hope that you have enjoyed my sneak peek reveal, and will have a look at what’s available in my Shop. I have more blank white scarves – if you would like to request a particular colour combination, drop me a note at thistledesigns@shaw.ca
These are GORGEOUS, Deborah – and much better than a background. I love the second one, but all three are beautiful. Great job!
Thank you, Buffy! I’m glad that you like my alcohol ink silk scarves 🙂
