Sparkly Sneak Peek

Happy ‘hump’ day! We’re half way through the week, and I’m almost finished my Wagon Shelf Sitter with Presents!  On Monday, I shared my Fall Harvest Wagon in THIS POST. Well, this new wagon will of course have different colours, and instead of being filled with pumpkins, it has 3 presents! I thought I’d share a sparkly sneak peek with you, of the gorgeous presents.

SNEAK PEEK PRESENTS

The 3 presents are 3 different sizes, like the pumpkins in the Fall Harvest Wagon. I decided to go with traditional Christmas colours of red, green, gold and silver.  Loads of gorgeous glitter were mixed with the resin to achieve these fabulous gifts!

Sparkly Sneak Peek

Believe it or not -the sparkle looks even more amazing in real life! *puts on sunglasses*  The photo doesn’t capture it very well, but there is an iridescent sparkle in the green resin, as well.

FINISHED SOON

I’m currently waiting for the paint to dry on the wagon slats, so that I can assemble it, and load in the presents. It should be finished tomorrow. At the same time, I’ve started work on the final wagon – it has 3 ornament balls, all with incredible detail cut in the overlay pieces.  Hopefully, I’ll have all 3 Wagons listed in my Shop by this weekend!  Each is one-of-a-kind, so if you want to grab one as your own before it’s listed, drop me a message at thistledesigns@shaw.ca  These fun & festive Wagon shelf sitters are a perfect addition to your holiday décor – and they make a great gift!

I hope that you enjoyed this sparkly sneak peek! See you again soon.

I've always liked to create things, but I'm not a great artist, or sculptor, or any type of 'traditional' artist - but I love to create! I love the satisfaction of a completed project. Whether a card, painting or other project - as long as it can create a smile, evoke a feeling, or some type of reaction in the recipient. I hope you will enjoy sharing my creations, and occasional ramblings; I'd enjoy having you create with me! :)

I love to read what you have to say! Thanks for commenting ;)
