Hello, Stamping Friends!

First, I'd like to say thank you very much, for visiting my blog yesterday and taking the SUDSOL Blog Tour!  I had an amazing number of people come by, some leaving such kind comments about my projects – thanks so much!  You all helped to make the Blog Tour a huge success! 🙂

I hope to get the tutorial for the cute little 'No Cut Gift Holder' onto my tutorial page either tonigth or tomorrow – it will be there soon, for sure!

Next, I have to tell you about this new, super cute, exciting personalized stamp that was just released by Stampin' Up! today.  Oh my gosh – there are so many ways you can use this stamp; it truly is customizable.

Here's how it looks

See that adorable round stamp with the 'monogram' in the middle, circled by the text?  How cute is that?!  You can use it as a monogram stamp with your name & address, or you can totally customize it for just about any use –

How about:

-Save the date (wedding)

-From the Desk of (for a teacher)

-Birth announcement

-From the kitchen of

-Made with love

-Handstamped with love

Just to name a few!!  See what I mean?  Another awesome note – you can order it on line, through my store; no more filling out forms!  You simply enter item #132852 (price $29.95) and type in exactly how you want your stamp to look.  You can watch it be 'built' on screen, so you'll know exactly how it will look like, before you hit the 'place order' button!

This is how the page looks, after you've keyed in the item # on the order page:

This is where you'll  type in your information for what you want your stamp to say.  The 'First' name will always be in bold font; you can type more than 1 character for the 'monogram' (for example, if your last name was Paper-Smythe, you could type PS).  The 'Last Name' can be any word/word combination, and the 'Address' can be any words you want ; it will always be in regular font type (not bold).  Remember to preview what you've typed in; make sure your words aren't squished together, and you can also use other characters from your keyboard, such as *, ! and & and more.

Here's a few samples that I made up, just so you can see how they look:

So you see, you can use them for your business, personal cards and creations – the limit is your imagination!

I  hope you'll have fun with this new stamp. They're made in Photopolymer, and the suggested Clear Block size is B (item #117147), and they coordinate with our 1 3/8" Circle Punch, so you can stamp anywhere, and punch it out to layer it, put it on a tag – whatever you like!

Of course, I'm always here to help, if you have any questions.  Give me a call or email at 604.298.0472 debsmart@shaw.ca and I'll help you with your order!

Remember to check out my class schedule, and reserve your spot soon!

Until next time – Happy Stamping!

I've always liked to create things, but I'm not a great artist, or sculptor, or any type of 'traditional' artist - but I love to create! I love the satisfaction of a completed project. Whether a card, painting or other project - as long as it can create a smile, evoke a feeling, or some type of reaction in the recipient. I hope you will enjoy sharing my creations, and occasional ramblings; I'd enjoy having you create with me! :)

I love to read what you have to say! Thanks for commenting ;)
