Hello my Stampin' Friends!
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter long weekend; sorry I disappeared on you, but I decided to take the long weekend and enjoy the time with my family and friends, on this side of the computer!

Okay – now back to Easter!
I had such fun making cards for friends and family this year; here is one I made for my BFF, Susan.
This is the front of the card:
Don't you just love this bunny!? I know that this card has been done a lot of times, by a lot of different people, but it's the first time I made it!
When I made the cards for my parents, and my brother & SIL, I did them on different days – but obviously, my subconscious had a 'theme' going on! Have a look:
What do you think? I was definitely on an 'egg' theme, don't you think? haha…They liked the cards, anyway!
Did you notice how I made a boo-boo on the 1st card – I missed properly applying the heat & stick powder along the one inside edge, so the Dazzling Diamonds glitter rubbed off! Not to worry; I used my Two Way Glue Pen, applied some glue, then sprinkled more Dazzling Diamonds on top – and it looked good as new! And I'm pretty sure I've already shared the 'Easter Blessings' card with you earlier; I just new my Dad would love it, so had to make one for them!
We had a wonderful dinner – and along with the cake for dessert, I brought a little Easter treat for each place setting.
Here's what I made for each place:
Don't they look like cute little carrots?! I CASED the idea from a fellow Demonstrator named Julie Pitta – you can see hers on her blog here – http://thoughtsthatstick.blogspot.ca/2013/02/carrot-treat-holders.html
And here's how the beautiful table looked, before we had to move the flowers to make way for all the food!
I filled mine with a cello bag full of 'Little Eggies' – candy covered chocolate eggs, and it was so full, I couldn't fit the little gold Lindt bunny inside! So he's just tucked in next to his giant carrot 🙂
We had such a great dinner; it's always nice to spend time with family, sharing stories, catching up on each other's lives, and sharing laughs.
Well that's it for me for now – I have more new cards to share with you, so I'll be back tomorrow! In the meantime, 2 things to remember – the Late Night Stampers Treasure Hunt, and my new Class Schedule – check it out, and SIGN UP for your classes now, before they fill up!
Until tomorrow – Happy Stamping!
