Well, for Fox Sake! It’s Monday, and it’s a holiday! I hope that you’re spending your Labour Day weekend in an enjoyable fashion. If you missed our Live, Love, Lavinia Blog Hop over the weekend, be sure to check it out! You can start at my blog post HERE. Be sure to leave a comment as you hop along – there are 3 Prize Packs to be won! I had such fun playing with my new Lavinia stamps that I couldn’t resist creating a 3rd card, . That’s what I’m sharing with you, today.
I just love the Kernal Fox stamp (Fox 1), so I made another card! This time I chose a purple/blue colour scheme from the Dream-Scape Papers pack.
First, stamp the Moon in dark gray ink. Next, stamp the Seasonal Tree image over the bottom of the moon, in Nocturne ink. Add the fox to the bottom left, beside the tree. Next, stamp 3 Bluebells behind the fox – all of these in the same Nocturne ink. Now, add your sentiment in the upper left corner in Versamark ink. Cover the stamping in Silver embossing powder, and heat set. I used 2 words from an Altenew set called Everlasting Happiness. Finally, add some highlights – or should I say ‘moonlights’ with a white gel pen onto the tree and bluebells. The fox stamp has ‘built in’ texture to it, so it looks like highlights are already there.
If you love whimsical animal, nature and faerie stamps, I highly recommend that you check out the full line of Lavinia stamps, for fox sake!
